In this workshop, you will learn how to make better pour-over coffee. You will have the tools to distinguish between bitter, sweet, and sour. And you will be able to apply those tastes to quickly find your best grind size (so that you don't waste coffee).
We will focus on the Hario V60 during brewing, but the same techniques apply to any pour-over dripper.
